Location is perfect and right in the center of the city. Cleanliness is remarkable. Hotel facilities and breakfast were great. Staff was warm and accommodating.

I had a great stay at this hotel right in the heart of the city. The location is perfect, situated in the pedestrian zone, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the basic amenities were all available. The rooms were clean, although the bathrooms were a bit old, and the beds were a little screechy. However, the highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which was fantastic. There was a good variety of fresh food, and it was regularly refilled. the value for money was excellent.
No major issues, everything was fine.

Centrally located, this hotel is the perfect choice for exploring the city. Its central location offers easy access to all major attractions and restaurants. the rooms are clean, nicely decorated, and have comfortable beds. the staff is friendly and there is a good breakfast selection.
One minor issue is that the hotel can be a bit difficult to find from the train station.

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast had a good variety of food that was always fresh. The location was key to our city trip and made it easy to explore the nearby shops and restaurants. The check-in process was seamless and we appreciated the flexibility of being able to arrive at any time with door codes delivered by SMS.
The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, but it was clean. We had to brush our teeth outside of the room to avoid the stench.

The hotel is located in a great spot that is close to everything. the staff are friendly and the breakfast is amazing with a variety of food and drinks. Free coffee was a great perk and the room was clean and spacious enough for us. It was good to be able to come in and out easily without needing a key.
The hotel needs to improve its communication skills with guests. We had a hard time getting a hold of the staff when we needed something.
